Angels' Care Centre is a non-profit organisation established to address the needs of desperately poor children from informal settlements in the village of Howick in the province of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. We provide quality pre-school education, aftercare facilities, a feeding program as well as health care and community outreach programs.
Angel's Care Crisis Centre is a safe haven for children who are victims of Gender Based Violence, abuse and neglect.
Gender based violence includes domestic violence, sexual harassment, rape, sexual violence during conflict, harmful customary or traditional practices and human trafficking.
Services offered at Angel's Care Centre:
- Medical intervention
- Psycho-social intervention
- Legal intervention-link with courts through investigating officers
- SAPS available within the centre
The mission of the centre is ''Restoration of dignity to our survivors''.
