DESCRIPTION:Set in the glorious Karkloof Valley, this garden was established over 35 ye
 ars ago, using natural structures such as trees and hillsides to help empha
 sises garden shapes and views. A series of flowing herbaceous beds have bee
 n formed into garden rooms in order to minimise the effect of extreme frost
  conditions. These rooms are connected by Kikuyu lawns with the utilisation
  of hardy shrubs and perennials, such as hydrangeas, azaleas and Nandina do
 mestica. Two huge, almost entwined, camphor trees on the front lawn are a p
