L.Y.N Food is a Howick based family business headed up by Jeff and Fenella Speed, they have three children, James, Sarah and Sam. This sporty family enjoy running and paddling so will be mostly found outdoors!

Have you ever tried ODB? Our Daily Bread is a preservative free health bread that is proudly baked by local bakeries. Most delicious and without all the chemicals that is added to most things these days. They also do a range of delicious fresh and smoked trout products, including pate that is amazing!

Produced at home in Howick, their products are good and wholesome. Jeff and Fen believe in old fashioned service to their customers.

Fen and Jeff will be at Sue Tarr's first Friday of the month market on 6 September from 3 to 6pm and they will be at Hilton Pre-Primary Food and Wine Fair at the Protea Hotel Hilton on Friday 13 September.
