Get behind the LOVE HOWICK initiative to clean up the Howick CBD and remove illegal posters from our streets on Mandela Day. This is for everyone - individuals, families, churches, businesses, goverenment to 'partner together for positive change' and honour the legacy of a great leader! We will be meeting outside the Agricultural Hall in Falls Drive (Morling Street) at 12:15. Bring black bags, gloves, scrapers to remove illegal posters & any other items that will aid in cleaning up our streets.
A special challenge has been laid down to EVERY business in Howick to shut shop for 67 minutes on 18 July and bring all their staff during the lunch hour to make Howick streets a better place. If you would like to work on the area directly surrounding your business please let us know so we can include you in our media covereage of the event.
