Rain, Rain and more rain was the order of the day this past week. Even though not much bowls was played, we all relished the good sprinkling that the Midlands received.
League Results & Fixtures
As can be expected, all four men’s league games were washed out but the ladies 3rd League team played in the rain at Hilton and lost the encounter. Well done for even playing in the rain ladies.
The league fixtures for Saturday 14th October are: Men’s 1st league teams away to Howick, Men’s 3rd league teams home to Greytown and the ladies team will be away to Maritzburg West. Good luck to all our League bowlers.

Club Activities
We will be playing our Halfway Toyota Tabs in 2 4 2 Comp on Wednesday 11 October with tabs in at 8.15am and our Greendale SuperSpar / Giovision Comp on Saturday 14 October with tabs in at 1.15pm.
Social Bowls
Visitors are welcome to join us on every bowling day. Regular times are: Tuesday mornings (Civvies) Tabs in by 08h15
Wednesday and Saturday afternoons (Whites/Club Colours) Tabs in by 13h15.
