Every term, as part of our Social Responsibility Howick Pre- Primary School take on a “Giving Challenge”. This term the charity we chose was CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa).
In support of this amazing foundation, four Howick Pre-Primary staff members took up the challenge to walk up and down Sani Pass on Saturday the 11th August 2018. The walk itself is 8km up and another 8km down and to make the experience even more difficult and magical, the ladies walked in 15-20cm of snow.
There are no word to describe this event. It was absolutely magical with the breath taking views and such a privilege to do it in support of CHOC.
We are so proud of our staff for taking up the challenge and we are pleased to say that they are all hoping to do it all again next year.
