I have always said the most useful items on our menu are the sauces. They are so versatile as they're packed full of flavour, so all the work in flavouring another dish with them, is done already...
Here's a super easy idea using the "Pizzaiola Sauce with Olives".
Pizzaiola Sauce Pizza
Using your favourite store-bought pizza bases for convenience, layer them with a generous topping of Pizzaiola Sauce. Then cover with a good sprinkling of grated mozzarella (I love using a bit of feta too).
Then bake in a 200C oven until crust is crispy & cheese is deliciously gooey! This sauce is packed full of reduced tomato, herbs, cream, garlic, sweet peppers, olives so you really don't need to add anything else.
