Today is Mandela Day and today we ask you to pledge your time, a little money and come and join us on the 13th of August for a fun 5km or 10km run or walk.
This year has been tough and our Rape and Abuse centre has been busy. We therefore have partnered with the wonderful Esjay, Dargle Valley Deli, Umngeni Valley Nature Reserve & Education Centre and hopefully a few more amazing local businesses to have a fun trail running day, to support the women and children that need our help. Every entry will make a HUGE difference and allow us to continue bringing hope, help and healing to so many that have nowhere else to turn.
