What a week! It was a busy week filled with fun, laughter and camaraderie. The first ever Corporate Day organised by the marketing team of UWBC took place on Friday, 4 April. Our gratitude goes to everyone who participated in this event. This includes the players, the club members who put a lot of time and effort ensuring that the event was a success, and, last but not least, the many generous sponsors.
The overall winner of the competition was the team sponsored by Dormehl Phalane Howick: Pippa Griffin, Craig Whitby, Cindy Bro and Colin Burden. In second place was the team from Elizabeth Gardens: Peter Burton, Mike Cain, Pam Radley and Barry Fairbrother.
The winners of the plate event was the team sponsored by Harvard House: Frans Brooks, Neill Birdsey, Daphne Henderson and Stephanie Crause.
