We give grateful thanks to the learners, Crisni van der Skyff, Kaitlyn du Preez, Morgan Stonley and Cara Upton; parents: Mrs J Finch, Mrs Finch Snr, Mrs Hinze and Mrs Fargher and staff members: Ms Miller and Mrs Henderson who have contributed to or knitted the most amazing scarves, beanies and blankets for the children at Angels' Care Centre. They are pictured here with representatives from Angels' Care: Nontobeko Mnguni and Nicola Botha, who received the donation on 21 May 2021.
Angels' Care creates an environment which provides for holistic and optimal growth of children from indigent homes in the greater Howick area, by providing for the basic needs of children. They offer Education, Food Security for Children, Youth Development, Community Outreach and Crisis Care. As they feed around 485 children each week and provide healthcare to 631 children, any form of help via donations of food, toiletries, clothing or educational materials will be of tremendous assistance.
