Working with ToPS Species (Threatened or Protected Species).
Cleaning of enclosures is an all important daily activity at FreeMe Wildlife. This includes washing, scrubbing, sweeping, sanitizing, enrichment, and much more.
Although this is protocol, some of our residents take offence to this intrusion. This trio of Serval kittens, patient numbers 24-267, 24-302, and 24-331, huddled together on top of a crate and made it very clear that they did not consent to any human activity near them. It's the way we like it, keeping them wild throughout the rehabilitation process.
We love what we do, and how we do it...
