Environmental Health includes issues such as flies, rodents, odours, noise, air pollution, water pollution, open fires, etc.

Currently the district is in the process of the development and promulgation of environmental health bylaws. These are to include prohibiting the creation of a public health nuisance by burning any waste on any property. But if we do receive such complaints, the authority will visit the premises concerned and give a warning, asking that the fires be put out.
