What began its life as a mushroom farm has evolved into a contemporary artisanal environment. The farm has undergone several changes over the last three decades, but it is within the last few years that The Old Mushroom Farm has really taken shape. Ex-mushroom farmer, architect and artist Nic Crooks has transformed the property into a unique architectural experience.
