At a goal setting workshop Sandra asked about my vision which I briefly outlined. The next day she followed up with me and asked if I had thought of beginning with half of one of my bigger targets. This was an incredibly insightful suggestion which I found liberating and motivating. It reminded me to harness my own creativity and not try to fit into what is already out there! Find yourself a coach who not only listens but thinks through your plans with deep thought.
